- Use the Services to infringe intellectual property rights or to harass, threaten, or defame others.
- Misrepresent your identity, payment details, or affiliation with SwiftGate Cooking School.

Accounts & Security
If the Services allow account creation, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

License
Unless otherwise stated, SwiftGate Cooking School grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
Allowed
- Stream lessons for your own practice.
- Download permitted materials for offline reference where explicitly enabled.
- Take notes, screenshots for personal study, and practice recipes at home.
Not allowed
- Reposting lessons publicly or privately (including in groups, drives, or messengers).
- Using our content to train others commercially without written permission.
- Removing watermarks, logos, or copyright notices.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may request commercial licensing or partnership opportunities by contacting us below.
Payments
Prices, plan details, and what’s included are shown at checkout or on the relevant page. Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in USD. Currency previews (if shown) are for convenience only and may differ due to exchange rates, bank fees, or processing rules.
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for purchases you make.
- If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access until payment is resolved.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and the nature of the product purchased.
We may offer promotions or limited-time pricing. Unless required by law, promotions do not apply retroactively to prior purchases.
Refunds
We aim to be fair and transparent. Where eligible, we provide a 14-day refund window starting from the purchase date for first-time purchases of eligible digital courses, provided there is no substantial consumption of the content (for example, completing a significant portion of lessons).
Refunds may be denied if
- Access was shared, resold, or redistributed.
- Chargebacks were initiated before contacting us to resolve the issue.
- There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests.
- The product is marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase (where allowed by law).
To request a refund, contact us with your order email, purchase date, and a brief reason so we can help quickly.
User Content
If the Services allow you to post comments, reviews, photos, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Services.
- You confirm you have the rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
- You agree not to post unsafe instructions, hateful content, or personal data of others.
- We may remove User Content at our discretion, including to comply with legal requests.
Kitchen Safety Notice
Cooking involves inherent risks (heat, sharp tools, allergens, and food safety concerns). You are responsible for using safe practices, following equipment instructions, and considering dietary restrictions and allergies.
Food safety
Handle raw ingredients carefully, prevent cross-contamination, and cook foods to appropriate temperatures. When in doubt, consult official food safety guidance for your region.

Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftGate Cooking School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
